Job Description

Summer Internship

Dates: May xx - August xx (12 weeks total)

# of Interns accepted: 6 total

Weekly Schedule:

  • Every Friday every intern will meet at the office for weekly book study from 7:00-8:30am. We will be studying, "Atomic Habits" by James Clear.
  • For the balance of the summer, each intern will have their own specific track based on the grid provided below.
  • The "Elective" week is at RCS Grading's discretion.

2 Week Rotations Schedule: Punchlist, Shop/Transport, Storm Drainage, Office and Elective

You will experience every aspect of the job. Each person is responsible to show up, learn and perform what is required. The design of this program is to allow the interns the opportunity to participate in every position that we have to offer. At the end of the program, each intern should be able to determine the likes and dislikes of each position and will be expected to provide some feedback.
