Summer Grounds & Maintenance Team Urgently hiring in Roseburg!Job Title: Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant Pay: $20 - $21 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM) Start Date: ASAPLooking for a lifestyle/career benefit? You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll Do As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for
- Mow, edge, weed, trim shrubs, and help maintain landscaping throughout apartment communities*
- Assist with seasonal property clean-up and debris removal*
- Sweep, clean, and disinfect vacant units to prepare them for new residents*
- Support apartment muck outs and help prepare units for turnover*
- Paint apartments and touch up common areas as needed
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the workday*
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions*
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude*
- Basic experience in landscaping and/or painting (helpful, but not required)
- Competitive pay of $20 - $21 per hour (DOE)*
- Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off*
