Job Description
Chubb Bermuda Insurance Ltd. invites applications for the position of Underwriting-Intern (Bermuda). This position would support an Underwriting Team in Bermuda with projects.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting with related group underwriting projects and supporting underwriting line functions
- Gathering data on group clients and distribution partners to ensure underwriting offers are within compliance parameters.
- Participate in student development program
- An interest in pursuing a career in insurance as a career and current full-time enrollment in an accredited university
- Completed at least one year of university at an undergraduate level
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (May 2028 graduate preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Academic achievement (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA to qualify)
- Bermudian citizenship or Bermudian status
Schedule:
- 10 Weeks: June 7 to August 13, 2027
