Omaha Country Club is a premier, private Club offering our members and their guests an exceptional experience through our fine dining restaurant and event spaces, championship golf course, tennis facility, pool, and superb amenities. Providing outstanding customer service to our members is our goal each and every day.
Omaha Country Club is seeking friendly, motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team of Pool Servers at our newly renovated swimming pool complex! Pool Servers provide food and beverages to our members and guests in our new Pool Café and lounge areas. Employees enjoy a positive, professional work environment where team members are focused on providing the best service possible for our members and guests! Come join our team and work outdoors in the beautiful atmosphere of the OCC pool!
JOB DUTIES
Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly and accommodating demeanor.
Provide attentive customer service to ensure members enjoy an exceptional dining experience from beginning to end.
Take food and beverage orders, accurately answer any questions related to menu items and beverages, deliver food, and clear dishes.
Ensure proper cleanliness during and after meal service.
Accurately enter transaction information into the computerized POS system.
Abide by all state and federal regulations and policies for serving alcoholic beverages.
Enjoy working outside.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Self-motivated, understands the importance of being efficient and keeping busy.
Able to multi-task and problem solve while working in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of being discreet while handling conversations and issues with confidentiality.
Strong verbal communication skills while always striving for accuracy.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and be able to lift 30 pounds.
Must be fluent in English.
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Must be punctual, have reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation.
Must be able to abide by the OCC Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Policy.
SCHEDULE
Part-time, seasonal positions available.
OCC offers flexible scheduling. This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
COMPENSATION
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
Hospitality experience preferred but not required; training provided.
