What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, fitness centers, etc.)
- Perform detailed “turn cleans” in vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents
- Follow clear, established cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Work independently with support from a small, dependable team

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Ability to travel between job sites in the metro area
- Ability to perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking throughout the day)
- Ability to pass background screening (if required)
