Job Description

SuperintendentAs the Superintendent, reporting to the Director of Construction, you will oversee field execution and site leadership:Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily operations

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance

Lead site meetings and maintain stakeholder communication

Manage documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Background in commercial or multifamily projects (non-residential)Strong knowledge of construction processes and site leadership

Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam preferredOSHA 30 certification desirable

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

Ability to travel to surrounding states in the future (OK,TX, MO)What's on offer:Salary: $90,000 - $120,000Vehicle allowance and fuel card
