Job Description

FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

An established construction company is seeking a tenured, experienced Superintendent with a strong background in large-scale federal construction.

This is a long-term opportunity for a proven field leader who can oversee major federal construction projects and bring the experience, stability, and leadership needed to succeed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Previous federal construction experience
Experience managing federal projects valued at $30M+
Airway/airfield paving experience is required
Strong ground-up construction experience preferred
Proven ability to lead large-scale federal projects
Strong understanding of scheduling, quality control, safety, subcontractor coordination, and project execution
Stable work history with a consistent track record of success
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to take ownership and operate independently in the field

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Superintendent who has successfully managed large federal construction projects and understands the unique requirements and standards associated with federal work.
