My client values ambition, teamwork, and continuous learning, making it a perfect environment for professionals who thrive in a dynamic setting.Job DescriptionMy client is seeking an Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in Healthcare, Commercial projects.Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly

Proven track record of participating in jobs from cradle to grave
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with commercial projects
Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and problem-solving skillsA commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
