With consistent growth, award-winning culture, and a substantial project pipeline, they offer long-term career stability and advancement opportunities.Job DescriptionLead on-site construction operations for healthcare renovation and expansion projects throughout Maine.Manage large-scale projects valued at $25M+ from mobilization through closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and budget objectives while driving field productivity.Oversee safety compliance and enforce best practices across all jobsite activities.Work closely with project management teams to proactively address challenges and keep projects on track.Manage construction activities within active healthcare environments while minimizing disruption to facility operations.Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and quality inspections.Travel throughout Maine to support projects as required.Serve as a key leader on project teams and mentor field personnel.Location: Projects throughout MaineCompensation: $150,000+ base salary
