Job Description
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Collaborate with project management, design teams, subcontractors, and ownership groups to ensure successful project delivery. Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and contract administration. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation utilizing Procore and other construction management platforms. Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations throughout the construction process. Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and trade partners. Contribute to the successful delivery of projects across life sciences, healthcare, infrastructure, corporate interiors, renovations, and fit-out markets. Work on projects located throughout the Route 495 corridor into Boston.

The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience within the commercial construction industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site project management environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Procore, Textura, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software.
- Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, corporate interiors, renovation, or fit-out projects.
- Interest in expanding experience within the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
