A rapidly growing commercial construction design company located in South Austin has an immediate opening for a Commercial Superintendent - landscaping. We are looking for candidates who are looking for a long-term career and want grow!Job Details:· Partner with the Softscape Division Manager to deliver projects on time· Manage crews and subcontractors on active jobsites· Oversee daily softscape field construction activities· Verify and complete punch-list items· Conduct irrigation quality assessments· Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are metQualifications:· Commercial landscape experience requiredEducation & Licenses· High School diploma (required)· Must have current Irrigation License to be considered· Strong understanding of commercial landscape and irrigation plans· Broad knowledge of landscape and irrigation industry standards· Manage project from project award through completion· Strong leadership and teamwork abilities· Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)Who Thrives in This Role· Enjoys leading outdoor field teams· Takes pride in craftsmanship· Works well in a fast-paced environment· Wants to grow with a company that values its peopleSalary will DOE with excellent benefits and bonuses.
