FBC Remodel
Superintendent
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 + Bonuses

As a superintendent, you'll be getting in the field, solving problems, collaborating with a skilled team, and working directly with our clientele.
Job Details
- Work cooperatively with our design/sales team and Project Manager.
- Manage customer service on all assigned projects.
- Communicate with our homeowners and perform site visits daily.
- Manage all project timelines and project profitability.
- Schedule trade partners for each project, completing walk-through, snap layouts, and daily clean up.
- Coordinate and update trade partners.
- Communicate and administer change orders.
- Collect all assigned scheduled payments and change order payments.
- Troubleshooting, walking through, and resolving any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will possess 2 plus year(s) of residential remodeling construction experience.
- Excel knowledge and other Microsoft familiarity required.
- Experience with customer service and conflict management.
- Estimating experience preferred.
- A Construction Management degree is preferred.
- Experience with customer service and conflict management.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
Salary Range
$65,000 $85,000 + Bonuses and Vehicle Allowance
