Superintendent - Healthcare & Hospital Projects

A well-established commercial general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to run healthcare and hospital projects across the Baltimore area! Much of this work happens inside active medical facilities, so they need a field leader who keeps jobs safe, clean and on schedule while patients and staff go about their day. This is a great opportunity to take charge of your own sites and build long-term relationships with healthcare clients. Superintendent Responsibilities:

- Run daily jobsite operations on hospital and medical facility projects

- Plan and enforce infection control and safety measures in occupied spaces

- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and deliveries around facility operations

- Keep projects on track for schedule, quality and budget

- Communicate progress and issues with the project manager, owner and facility staff

- Lead inspections, punch lists and turnover to the owner

Superintendent Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience leading healthcare construction projects in the field

- Working knowledge of ICRA and work in occupied healthcare facilities

- Background as a field engineer or assistant superintendent is a plus

- Strong scheduling, communication and problem-solving skills

- OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain

Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:

- $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
