Job Description

Superintendent – Commercial Construction

A highly respected and growing commercial general contractor in the Denver metro area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects from groundbreaking through closeout.

We’re looking for a hands-on field leader who takes ownership of the schedule, drives accountability on-site, and delivers high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily field operations on ground-up and major renovation commercial projects
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and multiple trades
Maintain project schedules and drive production milestones
Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and quality
Lead jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of commercial construction experience
3+ years as a Superintendent
Strong scheduling and sequencing expertise
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Proven leadership managing complex, fast-paced jobsites
OSHA 30 preferred

Experience in healthcare, multifamily, education, retail, or industrial projects is a plus.
