Job Details

4+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction

Strong field management and jobsite leadership skills

Proven ability to manage site operations, labor relations (including union environments), subcontractors, safety, and schedule execution

Demonstrated track record successfully delivering construction projects

Solid understanding of building systems and technical construction components

Strong decision-making, research, and analytical problem-solving skills

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines independently

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)

Experience with construction scheduling software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual construction tools

Experience training or mentoring staff on technical processes and quality standards

Working knowledge of LEED and sustainable construction practices preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
