Job Details

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, educational, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site construction activities from site work and foundations through punch list, turnover, and close-outDevelop, maintain, and drive project schedules, including three-week look-aheads, to keep work on time and within budgetCoordinate subcontractors, self-perform crews, vendors, and suppliers across multiple tradesLead jobsite safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance at all timesEnforce quality control standards and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and building codesSchedule and attend inspections, and coordinate with local authorities, owners, architects, and engineersReview drawings and specifications, identify conflicts, and support the RFI and submittal processManage material deliveries, equipment, and site logisticsMaintain daily logs, photos, and field reports, and communicate progress to project management and ownershipPartner with Project Managers on change orders, cost control, and owner coordination

Qualifications

Five or more years of commercial construction superintendent or assistant superintendent experienceExperience on commercial, educational, multifamily, or industrial projects preferredGround-up construction experience including site work, concrete, and vertical constructionStrong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plansProven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedules on active jobsitesOSHA 30 certification preferredWorking knowledge of scheduling and project management softwareStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites throughout the region
