Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. Projects are primarily light commercial in nature, including banks, retail spaces, medical offices, and community buildings, ranging from tenant improvements and renovations to ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations for commercial construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelMaintain project schedules and ensure milestones are metEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsConduct site meetings and communicate progress with project managers and stakeholdersReview drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution in the fieldManage site logistics, materials, and inspectionsMaintain strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership roleExperience managing commercial construction projects (retail, office, medical, municipal, or similar)Strong understanding of construction scheduling, site coordination, and subcontractor managementAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety and quality on the jobsite
