The ideal candidate will be a seasoned construction professional with strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on schedule and within budget.As Superintendent, you will be the primary field representative responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring seamless communication between trades, design partners, and clients.Why join us?Direct and coordinate all daily jobsite activities from ground-up through final completion of custom home projects.Review architectural and engineering plans, details, and specifications to ensure full compliance throughout construction.Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to enforce quality control and adherence to schedule and budget.Interface professionally and constructively with architects, engineers, designers, and clients to confirm project expectations and resolve issues.Maintain strict jobsite safety practices, enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, and keep a clean, organized site.Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, escalating issues proactively when needed.Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and labor resources to optimize productivity and maintain timelines.Conduct regular site walk-throughs and inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards.Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation of progress, inspections, and changes.Support project managers with forecasting, scheduling, and cost-control measures.Represent the company with a professional appearance, attitude, and client-focused approach at all times.Job DetailsMinimum 10 years’ experience in residential construction, with a strong emphasis on custom home buildingProven track record as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role overseeing high-end residential projects.Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety requirements.Ability to read, interpret, and enforce architectural and engineering drawings.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.Client-focused with a reputation for professionalism and excellence in service.Proficient with construction management tools, documentation, and field reporting systems.Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.Interested in hearing more?
