Job Details / Responsibilities:

Own day-to-day field operationsDirect and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field labor to hit schedule, budget, quality, and safety targetsRead and enforce drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change documents in the fieldBuild and maintain look-ahead schedules; identify delays early and drive recovery plansRun daily huddles, coordinate inspections, and keep the jobsite organized, clean, and productiveEnforce jobsite safety practices and company/OSHA requirements; stop work when conditions are unsafeComplete daily reports, photo logs, quantity tracking, and other field documentationPartner closely with Project Managers on manpower, materials, equipment, and owner/architect communicationReceive, stage, and protect materials; manage tools and company-assigned vehicleTravel to assigned jobsites across West Virginia and neighboring project markets as neededMentor foremen and field staff and set the standard for professionalism on site

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or senior field leaderStrong command of construction means and methods, sequencing, and quality controlAbility to read plans/specs and run a jobsite independentlyWillingness and ability to travel to regional project sitesValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (company vehicle/allowance)Demonstrated safety leadership and subcontractor management skillsSolid written and verbal communication; comfortable with daily reports and owner/PM updatesAbility to work outdoors in all weather and walk active construction sites
