Job Details

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial constructionExperience managing ground-up and/or renovation projectsExperience with healthcare construction projectsAbility to manage projects ranging from $500K–$12MExperience coordinating subcontractors and field operationsAbility to maintain project schedule and enforce timelinesAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentsExperience with project documentation and daily reportingProficiency with Procore or similar construction management softwareStrong understanding of jobsite safety standards and compliance requirementsAbility to coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teamsAbility to lead daily site meetings and field coordination activitiesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to operate independently with minimal supervisionExperience managing multiple trades on active job sites
