Job DetailsWe are seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the Wilmington, NC area, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved.Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and mentor field staff to drive project execution
• Develop and implement site logistics plans to support efficient jobsite performance
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors including scheduling, sequencing, and scope alignment
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, adjusting for impacts and driving solutions
• Perform constructability reviews to identify risks and improve project outcomes
• Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction and manage all required inspections
• Enforce quality control standards to ensure work meets project specifications
• Lead and enforce safety standards across all jobsite activities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction within a general contractor environment
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M or greater
• OSHA certification required
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera
• Experience with Building Information Modeling
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead subcontractors and field teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a team oriented, fast paced environment
