Job Details

We seek a seasoned Construction Superintendent with extensive field experience on large commercial projects ($40M+ preferred) to manage on-site operations in the Hampton Roads region.Key Responsibilities:

Daily supervision of subs, schedules, safety, and quality on active job sites.Coordinate trades, materials, and inspections for efficient progress on commercial/educational/federal/industrial work.Enforce OSHA standards, resolve issues proactively, and maintain client/sub relationships.Utilize local market knowledge for logistics, weather, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

10+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction ($40M+ projects essential).Deep roots in Hampton Roads with proven local project success (no multifamily focus).OSHA 30, first aid certified, proficient in daily reporting and software tools.Leadership-driven, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
