Job Details

Experience & Technical Skills:

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up construction projects with a general contractor or construction management firmProven ability to manage projects from site mobilization through final closeoutStrong understanding of construction means and methods across all phases of ground-up workAbility to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and schedulesProficiency with construction scheduling tools and standard office software

Leadership & Field Responsibilities:

Lead all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination and daily field operationsDevelop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules to ensure timely completionEnforce quality control standards and ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documentsMaintain accurate jobsite documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety records, and progress photosCoordinate inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout activitiesPromote and enforce jobsite safety programs to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Physical & Jobsite Requirements:

Ability to work full-time on active construction jobsitesAbility to walk jobsites for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, navigate uneven terrain, and lift up to 50 pounds as required
