Job Details

Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain schedules, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.Conduct daily site meetings, monitor progress, and proactively address potential delays or conflicts.Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records.Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure proper execution in the field.

Qualifications:

3-10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.Ability to read plans - interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Proficiency in construction management software, with Procore experience preferred.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.Extensive knowledge of commercial building processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to drive project success.
