Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow and resolve issues proactively.Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and design teams to ensure alignment and transparency.Enforce infection control protocols and healthcare-specific construction practices.Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, inspections, and progress tracking.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in healthcare construction.Proven track record managing hospital renovations, medical office buildings, or similar healthcare facilities.Strong knowledge of healthcare construction codes, AHCA/OSHPD standards, and infection control procedures.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to travel regionally as needed.Interested in hearing more?
