Job DetailsWe are hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up tilt-wall projects in Dallas, TX.This role is for a hands-on field leader who can take full ownership of the jobsite—from sitework through structure, tilt-wall erection, and final turnover.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day field operations on ground-up tilt-wall projectsManage sitework, foundations, structural concrete, and panel erectionCoordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspectionsRead and execute plans, specs, and construction documentsDrive schedule, sequencing, and overall jobsite productivityEnforce safety standards and maintain quality controlRun OAC meetings and communicate with PM, subs, and ownersIdentify and solve field issues proactivelyWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience with tilt-wall construction (required)Background in warehouse / distribution / industrial projectsGround-up construction experience (not just TI)Proven ability to run a job independentlySolid understanding of concrete, structure, and sequencing4+ years of construction experience (Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent level)Willingness to travel (project-based)Interested in hearing more?
