• Lead all field operations for shell construction: sitework, structural, framing, tilt, block, steel, MEP rough-in coordination, and dry-in.
• Maintain daily oversight of manpower, subcontractor sequencing, safety, and quality
• Drive the master schedule, identify risks early, and keep the build moving without bottlenecks
• Conduct daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with codes, inspections, and permitting requirements.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager on procurement, RFIs, change exposure, and job cost awareness.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for scope, quality, and performance expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and professional communication with owners, architects, and inspectors.

What you need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent focused on ground-up shell builds (commercial, retail, mixed-use, industrial, or automotive preferred).
• Strong understanding of structural systems, sitework, utilities, concrete, steel, and envelope assemblies.
• Proven track record of managing fast-paced schedules and multiple subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership presence on-site — respected, organized, decisive.
