Job Details

Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain project scheduleEnforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulationsMonitor project quality and ensure adherence to plans and specificationsMaintain and update project schedules, including short-interval planningLead daily site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholdersIdentify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and design discrepanciesReview and manage subcontractor performance and productivityTrack and report on project milestones, delays, and risksEnsure proper documentation including daily logs, RFIs, and punch listsCollaborate with project management teams on budgeting and cost controlMaintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project partnersOversee site logistics, sequencing, and coordination of tradesSupport project closeout, commissioning, and turnover processes
