They are in immediate need of a Superintendent, who has experience in Versatile and Large Scale Public Works projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Spearhead on-site coordination for major commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Uncover creative solutions for complex construction challenges while maintaining quality reputation.
- Career advancement potential includes leadership roles across their expanding Nevada projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Expertise in subcontractor coordination and construction sequencing.
- 8+ years’ experience in commercial construction supervision.
- Exposure to public works and state-funded projects In Las Vegas
- Working knowledge of Procore software.
- BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
