Job Description

This superintendent role oversees ground‑up commercial, healthcare TI, and luxury residential projects across North Palm Beach and Jupiter. You'll lead site operations, drive quality, and represent a tight‑knit GC with a strong culture focus.

Description

* Lead day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through closeout * Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance * Coordinate closely with project managers and owners for seamless delivery * Oversee GU commercial, healthcare TI, and high‑end residential renovations * Maintain high standards of quality, communication, and client satisfaction

Profile

* 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial, healthcare TI, or luxury resi * Strong experience with ground‑up builds and interior renovations * Ability to run fast‑paced sites with multiple trades * Proven communication and leadership skills * Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and culture‑driven

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 Benefits: 401k, bonus, healthcare, gas card * Pipeline in North PB + Jupiter only * Close‑knit leadership and team culture * Mix of GU, TI, and luxury residential work
