Description
- Oversee all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
- Serve as the on-site leader, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Foster a positive, high-performance jobsite culture focused on collaboration and accountability.
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Data Center Construction should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in mission-critical or large commercial builds.
- Proven track record managing ground-up data center or high-tech infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools preferred.
