Description

• Manage daily on-site building and construction activities for healthcare projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Oversee quality control to ensure work meets project specifications.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues proactively.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Resolve on-site challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Superintendent- Healthcare should have:

• Proven experience managing healthcare building and construction projects, In Los Angeles, Riverside, or Orange, CA is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
