Job Description

Take the lead on a ground-up public/municipal project where coordination with municipalities, inspectors, and community stakeholders is key. You'll ensure the site stays safe, organized, and inspection-ready while protecting the schedule.

Description

Manage day-to-day field operations and coordinate all trades to milestone dates
Maintain inspection readiness and documentation discipline
Lead safety and site logistics with a high-visibility stakeholder environment
Coordinate with AHJs, utilities, and municipal reps; manage access and site impacts
Drive punch/closeout and turnover documentation (O&M manuals, training support as needed)

Profile

5+ years superintendent experience; public/municipal ground-up preferred
Strong communication skills with inspectors, owners, and community stakeholders
Schedule discipline, documentation habits, and safety-first leadership
OSHA-30 preferred; Procore/similar preferred
