The company has earned multiple workplace awards and maintains a strong reputation for employee development and client satisfaction.Job DescriptionLead all onsite construction operations for large multifamily projects
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and site logistics
Oversee project financial performance from preconstruction through closeout
Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
Serve as the primary onsite contact for owners and project stakeholders
Conduct regular project meetings and progress updates

Proven experience leading large multifamily construction projects
Strong understanding of construction scheduling and site management
Experience utilizing Procore, Primavera P6, and related construction technologies
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
What's On Offer$130,000 - $170,000 base salary$10,000 sign-on bonus
