Job Description

Well Established And Reputable General ContractorThis general contractor has over 35 years experience and a strong reputation for building commercial and multifamily projects throughout the state of Florida.Job DescriptionResponsible for a detailed project plan and schedule

Prepare and manage budget

Liaison between owner to include all project updates.Supervise and coordinate all field activities related to ground up construction

Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.Read and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.Work collaboratively with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.Manage manpower planning, material deliveries, and equipment needs.Identify and resolve field issues promptly and effectively.Assist in coordinating inspections and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.Report progress and field conditions to project management.The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience in structural construction supervision with block construction

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes

Must have Block Construction experience

Ability to read and understand blueprints, schedules, and specifications

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsOSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience with construction management software(e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam)Collaborative attitude with field and office teams
