Job Description

Rapidly Growing GC in Indy Looking For Strong PM With Full-Scope ExperienceTight-knit, collaborative company looking to grow client relationships and scale business. Reputable GC across the Midwest, with strong pipeline in Indianapolis. Projects typically average $10M+. Deep repeat-client relationships with opportunity to win and grow new business. Team-oriented culture with balanced workloads and strong support. Clear advancement path toward Senior Superintendent and Project Executive roles. Competitive salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.Glimpse of your role:Oversee day-to-day field operations on large commercial projects, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan

Act as the on-site leader and primary liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors while upholding quality standards

Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment, while managing RFIs, field directives, and change impacts using modern construction technology

Work directly with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table

Strong technical skills (Procore, Bluebeam)Self Perform experience

Structural steel, concrete, masonry, finishing, drywall exp

Autonomous individual

Really strong with building and adhering to schedule

Occupied space and ground up experience
