Their commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction has positioned them as a top performer in the industry and a trusted partner for large-scale, fast-paced construction projects.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery. Strong background in light industrial construction on projects costing $70M+ (required). Data center construction experience highly preferred. Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
