Job Description

Senior SuperintendentAs the Senior Superintendent, you will report into senior construction leadership and take full ownership of an upcoming ground-up development project, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.Lead all on-site construction activities for a large-scale wood-frame project

Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety performance

Drive project milestones and ensure delivery within budget and timeline

Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams

Maintain strong site documentation, reporting, and compliance

Foster a collaborative, team-oriented site culture

Proven experience delivering multifamily, senior living, or similar wood-frame builds

Strong leadership and site management capabilities

Ability to manage large-scale projects ($20M+ preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA long-term mindset with a desire to grow within a stable organisation

Experience working with commercial general contractors in mid-to-large markets
