Superintendent
- Healthcare ConstructionMichael Page is hiring for a role in the business services industry, located in Boxborough, MA.Job DescriptionSupervise all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to maintain project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any concerns promptly. Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
