Job DescriptionThe Superintendent
- Multifamily Construction
- Portland, ME will:Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.Oversee subcontractors and coordinate their schedules to ensure timely project completion.Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain timelines.Ensure job site safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and quality control plans.Prepare and submit daily reports detailing project status, challenges, and progress.Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Portland.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
