Job Description

Building And Construction SuperintendentKey Responsibilities for Building and Construction Superintendent:Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Conduct daily site inspections and quality control reviews.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.Lead site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.The successful applicant:Has 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or lead field supervisor in commercial construction.Has strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project execution.Can read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Demonstrates leadership and team management skills.Has a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.Exhibits excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Is proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office.Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What's on offer:Competitive base salary
