- Healthcare will:Manage day-to-day field operations on healthcare and commercial construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control efforts.Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.Collaborate with project teams to ensure milestone and budget achievement.Maintain strong communication with clients, trade partners, and internal leadership.Report to senior field leadership and General Superintendent.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent
- Healthcare should have:5-10 years of construction experience.Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.Healthcare project experience preferred, but not required.Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore.Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.Ability to commute to Hartford, CT and project sites throughout Connecticut.What's on OfferUpon offer, the Superintendent
- Healthcare will receive:$120,000 to $150,000 USD (Depending on experience).Vehicle allowance.Annual performance bonus.3 weeks PTO.401(k) with 4% company match.
