Job Description

Construction SuperintendentA national builder and developer located in Salt Lake City, UT. They specialize in sports, renewable energy, data centers, and healthcare markets. Portfolio consists of projects up to $50M, and they have a strong pipeline going in to 2030. With the growth of their local pipeline, they are looking to build their field team. As their office expands, there is much room for professional growth and upward mobility.Job DescriptionManage daily on-site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards. Oversee material deliveries and inventory to maintain project schedules. Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities. Experience with commercial projects is required, with a preference for healthcare and industrial experienceA proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.The ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges effectively.Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.A focus on delivering high-quality results while staying on schedule.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $160,000 annually (depending on experience).Standard benefits including health, dental, and vision
