Job Description

Lead High-Impact Projects with a Respected General ContractorA premier Illinois general contractor delivering K-12 schools, higher education facilities, athletic complexes, and campus improvement projects throughout the region.Job DescriptionLead all onsite construction activities.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.Coordinate school district personnel and stakeholders.Manage safety, quality, and production goals.Conduct subcontractor meetings and site walks.Ensure compliance with educational facility standards.Manage inspections and code requirements.Coordinate phased and occupied-building construction.Track project milestones and recovery plans.Lead project closeout and punch list completion.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
