Kelley Construction is widely recognized for treating employees like family while delivering high‑quality work for diverse, high‑profile clients.DescriptionTargeting 10+ years of construction experience (5+ years considered with relevant background)Experience leading projects as a Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior ForemanStrong background in heavy industrial construction (manufacturing plants, power plants, refineries, chemical facilities, energy infrastructure, dams, etc.)Civil experience including sitework and foundations
Well‑versed in safety protocols; OSHA required, HAZWOPER strongly preferred
Confident leading large crews and managing complex jobsite operations
Willing and able to travel nationwide 100% of the time
ProfileA successful Superintendent - Heavy Industrial & Civil should have:Proven experience in heavy industrial and civil construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.A background in construction or a related field is preferred.Willingness to travel nationwide as required by the role.Job OfferBase salary: $110,000-$140,000$140,000 base targeted for candidates with 10+ years of experience401(k) with company match
