This is a company where people stay because they are valued, supported, and given opportunities to work on meaningful projects.Job DescriptionAs the Construction Superintendent, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for driving construction operations from mobilization through project completion. Key responsibilities include:Lead and manage all field operations on construction projects

Drive project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved

Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and site personnel

Deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality expectations

Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify project risks

Manage project logistics, sequencing, and workforce planning

Create and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules

Run subcontractor meetings and coordinate field activities

Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safety

Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications

Demonstrated history of leading projects from start to finish

Strong job tenure with a stable employment history; no frequent job changes

Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing field operations

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
