Job Description

Job TitleOversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve field issues. Manage project schedules to ensure key milestones and completion dates are achieved. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, safety requirements, and district standards. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to project leadership and clients.About Our ClientEmployee-owned commercial builder has been operating for +60 years and delivers a diverse range of projects across the K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, commercial office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, municipal, and civic sectors. Extensive experience in managing education construction projects. Proven ability to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
