• Civil Construction will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution

Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets

Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards

Conduct daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings

Track progress, manpower, and equipment utilization

Coordinate inspections with owners, engineers, and local authorities

Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and site documentation
