Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

Leading all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
Managing projects ranging from small renovations to complex ground-up developments valued at $10M+.
Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.
Conducting daily site planning and overseeing project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborating with Project Managers and ownership teams on project strategy, logistics, and scheduling.
Maintaining strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving field issues.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
Utilizing construction technology platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, and mobile field tools.
Traveling to project sites throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

Proven experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M or greater.
Ability to successfully lead both large-scale projects and smaller renovation assignments.
Experience overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across a variety of project types and construction environments.
