Job Description

Healthcare Construction SuperintendentMichael Page is hiring for a role in the business services industry in Houston.Job DescriptionManage all on-site activities for healthcare construction projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce site safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues. Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to stakeholders effectively. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports. Oversee quality control to meet project specifications and client expectations.
